Wow you must be the hugest Heavy Rain fan. I am looking forward to the game and didn't know about half the sh1t they showed. I bet you're hoping there is a midnight release.

Some judge it based on a couple hours on the beta. You cant even play the good parts of mag in that amount of time.
I hope they ain't bullsh1ting about release starcraft 2 this year. Metro 2033 looks intriguing. Anyone know if there is going to be a FF beta? I am not sure if I want to play it but if I do it will probably be for PC.
From all the negativity about the game, I thought that only the diehard SOCOM and FPS fans on the PS3 would get this game but as it turns out quite a few people on my friends list have it.

You haven't play either have you? I would say SOCOM and MW2 are more similar (they not at all though) than MAG and SOCOM. MAG is on a whole new level. It isn't your everyday regular shooter with standard deathmatch, team death match and capture the flag modes. It is its own thing, refreshing would be a good way to describe it, innovative would be another.
I wonder why they don't use it in the military. They are developing their own game I know but this is really good for communitation and I think a military team that can play the game would kill everyone.
What they need to do is release a video of domination mode. The intensity of it is just insane.
Stan Lee you don't know what you're talking about Killzone 2 had over 110 000 players over December. How do I know because that is when I got my top 1% trophy. Even SOCOM has lots of support ie people are still playing that right now and look at the launch. Point is there are always going to be people who you know enjoy gaming and will play the games that are fun regardless of what reviewers or websites say. @vhero - If you game on PC then every game that comes out new is at least $10 than the console version. PC online is also free which is another $50 a year you save. If you buy 5 games a year you would save $100 a year. Every 2 years you could upgrade your video card with to a new midrange card ~$200 which is a bit excessive.

Well they're doing it. Just finished the second round of domination and loving it.
The first game type suppresion is not that great but it only has 64 players. The modes just get better until you get domination. That is the best mode and should be relabled ultra realistic war simulator. Anyone who says it only is 256 players and nothing else haven't played domination. If MAG was only domination with 3 maps I would still pay $60 to play it.

Only because everyone that preordered from gamestop got free gear that increases the armor of the S.V.E.R faction. It should ahve been Raven gear since that is the least popular faction.

I prefer to be well rested when I am preparing for a gaming marathon. I usually take the day off for big game releases. Like today I took off to play MAG. I will also take the day off to GOW3.
Battle field is 2 months away.
The story also seems better than most Hollywood movies.
